Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is successfully received.

Please note that the shipping speed selected at checkout applies to delivery time only and does not shorten order processing time.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Carrier

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Sterile Packaging

All jewelry is packaged in sterile tamper-evident packaging for your safety and protection.

Orders are carefully prepared to preserve product integrity during transit.

Shipping Insurance

Qualifying domestic shipments may include standard carrier coverage.

Additional insurance may be added for higher-value orders at our discretion or upon customer request.

For valuable purchases, we may automatically add additional shipping protection to help ensure safe delivery.

Signature Confirmation

For security purposes, orders valued at $500 or more may require signature confirmation upon delivery.

At our discretion, signature confirmation may also be required for certain shipments below this threshold based on order value, destination, or shipping risk factors.

This helps ensure valuable orders are delivered safely to the intended recipient.

Delivery Issues

Please inspect your package upon arrival.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, retain all packaging materials and contact us as soon as possible.

If tracking shows Delivered but your package has not been received, please:

  • verify the shipping address provided at checkout
  • check around your delivery location
  • confirm with household members or neighbors
  • allow additional time, as carriers may occasionally mark packages delivered before final drop-off

If your package still cannot be located, contact us and we will assist in reviewing next steps, including carrier claim options when applicable.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information submitted at the time of purchase.
