At Evergold Studio, we are committed to exceptional quality, safety, and client care.

Jewelry Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of body jewelry and strict hygiene standards, all jewelry purchases are considered final sale.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any jewelry that has been opened, worn, installed, or removed from its original tamper-evident sterile packaging.

Unopened jewelry in its original sealed packaging may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery or purchase, subject to inspection and approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive an incorrect item, damaged shipment, or believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Approved claims may qualify for replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Sterility & Safety

All jewelry installed in our studio is professionally sterilized in a medical-grade autoclave prior to wear.

For online orders, jewelry is shipped in sterile tamper-evident packaging for your protection and safety.

Once sterile packaging has been opened, the item is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Exclusions

Returns, exchanges, or warranty claims may be declined in cases involving:

  • physical damage after delivery
  • improper handling or insertion
  • bending or pulling of posts/pins
  • exposure to chemicals
  • unauthorized modifications
  • normal wear over time
  • loss of jewelry or stones due to accidental damage
