At Evergold Studio, we proudly stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of the jewelry we offer.

If you believe your jewelry has a defect in materials or workmanship — such as issues with stone setting, closures, threading, or unexpected discoloration under normal wear — please contact our team for assistance.

Each warranty request is reviewed individually.

Depending on the circumstances, eligible items may qualify for:

     
  • replacement
  •  
  • manufacturer evaluation
  •  
  • store credit
  •  
  • other support solutions at our discretion

Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage applies only to jewelry purchased directly from Evergold Studio or through verified authorized sources.

Proof of purchase may be required for all warranty claims.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

     
  • accidental impact or trauma
  •  
  • bending or pulling of jewelry
  •  
  • improper insertion or removal
  •  
  • exposure to chemicals or harsh products
  •  
  • unauthorized modifications or repairs
  •  
  • failure to follow aftercare or jewelry care recommendations
  •  
  • normal wear over time, including scratches or surface wear

Jewelry showing signs of excessive force, misuse, or accidental damage may not qualify for warranty coverage.

Warranty Process

  • a brief description of the issue

Additional evaluation may be required before a warranty decision can be made.

Previously Worn Jewelry

For health and safety reasons, previously worn jewelry submitted for warranty evaluation may require professional cleaning and sterilization upon intake.

Our studio reserves the right to refuse handling of jewelry that presents a biohazard or unsafe condition.
