Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Evergold Studio, appointments are reserved specifically for you. To provide the highest level of service and respect both our clients’ time and our team’s schedule, the following booking policies apply.

Piercing Appointments

All piercing appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking to reserve your appointment slot.

A signed consent form is required prior to receiving any piercing service.

Rescheduling

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise.

Piercing appointments may be rescheduled one time with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment.

Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of payment.

Cancellations & No-Shows

All piercing appointment payments are non-refundable.

Cancellations made within 48 hours, missed appointments, and no-shows will result in full forfeiture of payment.

If You Change Your Mind

If you arrive for your appointment and decide not to proceed before the piercing service begins, we may offer a one-time courtesy exception to transfer your payment to a future appointment or convert it into non-refundable studio credit valid for 12 months toward jewelry or services at Evergold Studio.

After a transfer or studio credit has been issued, additional cancellations or changes will require a new booking payment.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving significantly late may need to reschedule depending on schedule availability. Late arrivals may be treated as a missed appointment.

Tattoo Consultations

Tattoo consultations booked through our website are complimentary.

Tattoo pricing, deposits, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation policies are determined directly by each artist and may vary.
